Quick answers

I can't link my bank

Most connection failures resolve by refreshing credentials inside the linked-accounts screen. If that doesn't work, email support with the institution name and we'll check whether it's an outage on our aggregator's side.

My zakat number looks wrong

Open the calculation, tap Show the work, and compare the rulings and assumptions shown to your actual situation. If something is still off, email support — we'll walk through it together, and if it's our error we'll correct it publicly.

I want to switch madhabs

Settings → Madhab. Your calculation updates live and your history is preserved under both schools.

I want to cancel my subscription

Settings → Subscription → Cancel, or cancel directly from the App Store. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you keep all your data.

I want to delete my account

Settings → Privacy → Delete account. This removes your data within 30 days. You can export everything first if you want a copy.

Is Rafiq available in my country?

We're live in the US and Canada at launch, with the UK and Gulf markets following within the first year. Join the waitlist from the app and we'll email you when your region opens.


Hours and response times

Support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST. Most emails are answered within a few hours during those windows. Outside hours, expect a reply the next business morning. We don't use bots for support — every response is written by a person on the Rafiq team.

Service status

For planned maintenance, known incidents, and historical uptime, check status.rafiq.money. We post updates there before we post anywhere else.

Community

We host a small, invite-only community for paying members — a place to ask questions, share setups, and suggest features. Details arrive by email after you subscribe.
